One connected experience
Your community, conversations, questions, reviews, and chat stay connected across your website and app.
Preset-aware placement
Every Element supports a Anchor launcher, custom trigger, fixed inline mount, or full screen. Chat simply defaults to the launcher and adaptive mobile bottom action.
Type-safe migration
Comments can import compatible posts/replies; unrated WordPress comments never become product reviews or questions.
Moderation controls
Signup connects the live widget to a dashboard with queues, reports, and member controls.
Analytics and stats
Understand participation, content performance, reach, and community growth.
Predictable theme
Auto follows the host. Explicit Light stays light and explicit Dark stays dark when the host theme changes.

Already use Embed? Paste its Widget ID instead of creating another one.
Per-embed login behavior

Installation
- 1Upload the plugin ZIP in Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate it.
- 2Name the community and choose the starting preset that matches the job.
- 3Choose an Anchor launcher, your own trigger, a fixed inline mount, or full screen. Chat defaults to the desktop launcher and mobile tray; blocks and
[zeeker_element]shortcodes support explicit fixed placement. - 4Set Auto/Light/Dark, viewing, participation, and Zeeker ID or community SSO sign-in. First-run uses a gated action; advanced timing follows claim and SSO setup.
No Zeeker account, API key, theme editing, or code snippet is required.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when I sign in or sign up?
The secure link from WordPress attaches the community and widget that are already live, makes that account the owner with full admin access, and preserves conversations, imported posts, imported replies, and settings. Existing password-enabled accounts can choose “Use password instead.”
Can I use a widget I already made?
Yes. Expand “Already created an embed in Anchor.Social?”, paste the full published Widget ID, and connect it.
How do Reviews and Product Q&A know which product is open?
On singular WooCommerce products, the plugin passes a stable product ID and current public title, description, image, and canonical URL to the Anchor.Social loader. The published config uses that host context with its existing review or question post settings.
Can I place an Element in a page builder?
Yes. Use the [zeeker_element] shortcode in a shortcode module. The dynamic Gutenberg block is zeeker/social-element. One page currently boots one runtime.
Can the shortcode change the Element?
No. Its element value is a legacy authoring-preset hint for placement and feedback. The published generic config decides the Social composition and policy.
Can I open support or feedback from my own button?
Yes. After claiming the Embed in the dashboard, choose Support from your button to open community questions and search, or Feedback from your button to open comments and a reply composer for the current page.
Can I migrate WordPress comments into Reviews or Product Q&A?
No. Compatible Comments/legacy discussions can import attributed replies. Anchor.Social never fabricates ratings, typed question posts, chat messages, support topics, or poll votes from comments.
Is embed-only mode available?
Yes, when the Zeeker deployment reports its complete server-side isolation boundary ready. Named guest contribution is separately capability-gated and atomically selects Embed only; login and signup remain available. Unsupported paths fail closed instead of weakening isolation.
How is SSO configured?
Provider settings and secrets are configured under Own Domain & Branding in the community Admin Center. First-run WordPress setup asks for sign-in when needed through Zeeker ID or community SSO. After claiming the dashboard, you can select SSO-only and automatic or host-managed sign-in where supported.
